We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Video Producer to join a world-renowned company at the forefront of technological and creative excellence. As a key contributor, you will manage multiple complex projects concurrently, navigating tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards. You’ll be the proactive organizer, owning all aspects of project coordination and ensuring seamless execution. This role fits a fast‑paced environment and a passion for visually stunning, impactful content.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of high‑quality video and visual effects (VFX) content.
- Guide projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and technical polish.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining top creative standards.
- Coordinate all project aspects, including scheduling, progress documentation, scope definition, and administrative processes such as estimates, purchase orders, and statements of work.
- Forge strong relationships with external vendors, coordinating reviews, organizing deliverables, and facilitating timely communication and feedback.
- Champion a collaborative approach to troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues and production challenges, ensuring smooth workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in video production, with a significant focus on managing complex projects involving live‑action production and visual effects (VFX).
- Demonstrated success in leading end‑to‑end video content production, from concept development to final delivery.
- Deep understanding of video production pipelines, post‑production workflows, VFX processes and intricacies of live‑action production.
- Exceptional project management skills, able to handle multiple projects, budgets and timelines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Wrike, Keynote, and AirTable, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) to oversee production workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive project documentation, including scopes of work, estimates and production schedules.
- Proven ability to creatively troubleshoot production challenges, ensuring continuity and quality.
