The Opportunity
EYERIDE is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead growth across commercial and government fleet markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows video telematics deeply, enjoys building and leading sales teams, and wants to make a real impact in a fast‑growing company.
You will lead a team focused on expanding EYERIDE’s video telematics platform while also playing a key role in strategic customer relationships and high‑impact deals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing sales team focused on video telematics solutions.
- Drive new revenue with commercial and government fleets, managing the sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Execute go‑to‑market strategies that strengthen EYERIDE’s position in fleet safety and video intelligence.
- Build long‑term relationships with fleet decision‑makers and safety leaders.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Represent EYERIDE at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Track performance, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed sales targets.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of direct video telematics sales experience in commercial and/or government fleet markets.
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Hands‑on experience selling camera‑based safety hardware and SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI‑driven driver monitoring, safety events, and fleet compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid Austin‑based role with flexibility for travel.
