Overview
The Visual Production Coordinator will support key business functions by assisting with administrative tasks, project coordination, and cross‑departmental communication, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. We are seeking a hands‑on, motivated professional with a strong interest in visual operations, a commitment to continuous learning, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and allocating all prop/supply deliveries for new store openings and project packouts.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure all items are correctly positioned and inventory details are managed.
- Participating 50% at Harbor Drive and 50% at the offsite warehouse location.
- Shifting between hands‑on installation (using tools, working on ladders, etc.) and administrative tasks such as approving invoices, managing visual documents, and inventory control.
- Resourcing props, furniture, soft goods, and custom pieces for new store openings, internal projects, and cross‑functional needs.
- Taking initiative to learn and implement new company processes, systems, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
What You Bring
- Ability to use logic and creative thinking when problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, listening and learning from feedback.
- Calendar awareness and time management with adherence to project deadlines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in applicable software applications, including Microsoft Office, Canva, and any Adobe Suite programs.
- Physical ability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 50 pounds; bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Familiarity with tools such as drills, hammers, clippers, and pliers.
- Experience with art hanging and prop mounting.
- Clear communication about deadlines, project progress, and potential challenges, enabling teams to plan effectively and adapt as needed.
- Teamwork‑focused approach to project execution.
- Internal candidates: 1 year of proven success in current role.
