Senior Web Developer & Graphic Designer

Job Type: Contract

Rate: $55-60.00/hour

Location: Marshall, MI (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Developer & Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our staff, you'll lead the design and development of visually stunning and user-friendly websites, graphics, and digital assets that drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of responsive websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms
• Create graphics, logos, and branding materials for web and print
• Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts and solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
• Optimize websites for speed and search engines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web development and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience with WordPress, React, or other CMS/frameworks
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Portfolio or examples of work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience leading projects and teams

This is HYBRID temp/contract position, onsite in the Marshall, MI area. 100% Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
