Soltari is a rapidly growing Solar EPC and installation company based in Santa Cruz, CA, and we are looking for an experienced Web Designer / Developer to revamp our current Squarespace website www.Soltari.net or rebuild a completely new site from scratch. Our goal is to create a clean, modern, high-converting website that reflects our brand, educates customers, and streamlines our lead generation process.

We’re seeking a designer with strong creative skills, technical capability, and ideally experience building websites for solar companies or other home‑service industries. Understanding how customers shop for renewable energy systems — and how to structure content that drives trust, clarity, and conversions — is a major plus.

Project Scope Includes:

  • Revamping our current Squarespace site or designing a new site from scratch (platform flexible)
  • Building high‑converting lead‑generation forms embedded throughout key pages
  • Creating a visually striking, professional, and easy‑to‑navigate layout that reflects the Soltari brand
  • Adding a storefront for future product sales (EV chargers, service calls, warranties, etc.)
  • Integrating links to all social media platforms and advertising channels
  • Improving mobile responsiveness and optimizing for fast load speeds
  • Implementing SEO best practices for the solar industry
  • Creating a clean back‑end structure so our team can update content easily
  • Adding pages for services, warranties, monitoring, EV chargers, and customer support
  • Assistance with copy positioning, layout strategy, and user‑flow enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience designing high‑quality websites (solar experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio of modern, clean, professional design work
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently
  • Familiarity with SEO, UI/UX principles, and customer conversion strategy
  • Experience integrating forms, scheduling tools, and payment solutions
  • Reliability, creativity, and attention to detail

Budget and Timeline

Budget: $2,500 for full project.

Timeline: Flexible, but ideally completed within 3–6 weeks depending on scope.

If you’re a creative, talented designer who wants to help shape the online presence of a growing renewable‑energy company, we’d love to meet you. Please send your portfolio and a brief message outlining your experience with solar or service‑industry websites.
