Job Overview

BIG O TIRES is looking for experienced Service Advisors and customer service professionals to join our Service Centers. Immediate openings are available. If you have proven auto repair advisor/tire sales experience and strive to be the best, we would like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Responding to customer concerns and repair concerns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated tire/service sales experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
• Customer oriented and able to respond to customer concerns and repair concerns.
• Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune-ups, alignments, tires, and more.

Compensation

Base hourly rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour. Includes commission plan for service advisors.
