Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
• Contractor will purchase or arrange parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office.
• Assignments extended beyond 6/30/24, likely 12+ months.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in real‑time delivery of training programs.
• Experience creating recordings of training programs for on‑demand use.
• PMP certification through PMI or qualification under Commonwealth of Virginia standards for IT Project Managers. See http://www.vita.virginia.gov/oversight/projects/default.aspx?id=.
• Experience with VITA’s Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and process preferred.

Preferred

• CBAP and/or CSPO certification.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete.
