Job Requirements:
- 4+ years Android development experience
- 3+ years Kotlin experience
- Experience working on long-term Banking/Financial projects
- Strong experience with Salesforce/CRM, SharePoint & learning new systems
- Ability to handle multiple small projects & large Excel sheets
- Experience navigating custom databases
- Agile experience preferred
- Open-source frameworks experience is a plus
- Ability to mentor junior developers
- Lead & deliver major components, review pull requests, ensure coding standards
