Our client is a global technology innovator seeking a senior‑level UX Researcher to help shape user experiences at scale. Partnering with Aquent, this role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy and decision‑making for products used by millions worldwide. You will be a trusted research leader, driving user‑centered and inclusive design practices while collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners.
About the role
This role is for an experienced UX Researcher who excels at uncovering deep user insights and translating them into clear, actionable direction. You will independently lead moderately complex research initiatives, guiding products from early concept through launch. Your work will surface critical user needs, identify business opportunities, and strengthen shared user empathy across teams.
What you’ll do
- Propose research‑driven ideas and recommendations that improve products and services and support strategic, product, and technical decisions.
- Champion inclusive research and design practices to ensure products serve diverse user needs.
- Guide product strategy by synthesizing user, product, service, and business insights and clearly communicating findings to partners.
- Define and use key insights and metrics to measure the impact of products, services, and the broader ecosystem.
- Apply strong understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry context to inform decision‑making.
- Help set project priorities aligned with larger goals, coordinate resources, and proactively remove blockers.
- Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, building shared understanding and empathy across teams.
- Anticipate future user needs and research opportunities, adapting methods for large or complex initiatives.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including frameworks, surveys, and in‑depth analyses.
- Influence and build alignment around research‑backed, user‑centered solutions through clear storytelling and stakeholder communication.
Required skills and experience
- Strong experience with interactive technologies.
- Deep knowledge of ethical UX research principles and best practices.
- Expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative UX research methods.
- Thorough understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong background in human and user behavior analysis.
- Excellent UX storytelling and communication skills.
- End‑to‑end research experience, from planning through reporting.
- Proficiency in UX systems thinking.
