What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Assist in conducting user research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement
  • Collaborate with product managers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on UX and product analysis trends, tools, and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) with 2+ years of experience in UX research, product analysis, or a related role
  • Basic knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and data analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred
  • Certification in UX design, product management, or data analysis is a plus
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Axure RP
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar is a plus
  • Experience in or supporting a Contact Center, Military/Veteran services, or healthcare environment
