We are on the lookout for a Senior Lead UX Designer to join our team remotely. This role offers a unique chance to shape design systems across various digital platforms, enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of design systems, focusing on usability and accessibility improvements.
• Create and document reusable components and patterns in Figma, ensuring alignment with coding standards.
• Maintain governance processes to uphold the integrity and quality of design systems across products.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to introduce new design system capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support system adoption.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven tools to enhance design workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine design system processes.

Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and maintaining large-scale design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, tokens, and responsive design principles.
• Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively articulate design decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI tools to enhance design processes.
• Familiarity with design system governance and lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing system-level thinking and documentation at scale.
