What Neighborhood Marketers Do:

• Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door‑to‑door outreach
• Spark interest and schedule appointments for product demonstrations
• Educate potential customers about Mr. Rogers Windows' high‑quality window and door solutions
• Follow established Mr. Rogers Windows policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience

Who We Need:

• Motivated, goal‑oriented individuals who thrive on results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be 18+ and able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and be able to follow a strict attendance policy
• Able to work Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (35 hours a week)

Job Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be very outgoing and enjoy working with and meeting new people
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to new and changing situations
• Must have the capacity to learn all products and services that Mr. Rogers Windows offers
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends

Education / Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing helpful
