Salary: $92,880.00 – $121,905.00 (3 days ago)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other referral sources in the community
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase referrals and admissions
• Educate referral sources on the benefits of home health services and our agency's capabilities
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition of care for patients
• Track and report on referral and admission activity to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing, preferably in home health
• Proven track record of success in generating referrals and admissions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
