Brand Development Marketer/Community Liaison
Lifeline EMS provides reliable EMS and medical transport services across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our team is dedicated to compassionate care, operational excellence, and building strong relationships with healthcare facilities throughout the region. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Brand Development Marketer/Community Liaison to help grow our brand and expand our partnerships.
Job Summary
The Brand Development Marketer/Community Liaison is responsible for building new business, maintaining current relationships, and supporting the overall marketing strategy of the company. This includes outreach to healthcare facilities and hospitals. You’ll help grow our presence through in-person marketing and sales outreach, while also supporting brand visibility with promotional materials and strategic follow-up. You’ll also be responsible for tracking outreach efforts, leads, and relationship progress using a CRM system to ensure consistent communication and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with healthcare facilities to drive referrals and secure contracts
- Facilitate EMS contracts with skilled nursing facilities, home health companies, hospice companies, hospitals, and other healthcare partners
- Travel locally to present services, deliver promotional materials, and follow up with facilities
- Support existing facility partnerships and ensure satisfaction with our services
- Attend and host networking events, conferences, and community functions to expand brand awareness and build strategic partnerships
- Enter new business contacts, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks into the CRM to track outreach and relationship progress
- Work with online brand developer and marketing resource to provide content for social media platforms
- Coordinate and deliver appreciation efforts for top clientele during special events such as Nurses Week, CNA Week, and other healthcare observances to recognize and celebrate key partnerships
- Assist with promoting company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn by inviting professional connections to follow and engage with content
Marketing & Research
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Analyze customer demographics and preferences to refine outreach
- Assist in developing campaigns targeting both facility referrals and private pay customers
- Measure effectiveness of strategies through surveys, customer feedback, and transport data
- Track competitors and market performance
Administrative Duties
- Make 10 or more connections each day with healthcare facilities or prospective partners to generate leads and build relationships.
- Assist with internal training or minor office tasks when needed
- Work with the legal department on obtaining contracts
- Report marketing efforts weekly to Executive Director and leadership team
Qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing, sales, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred
- Experience in EMS/NEMT or healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email tools, and social media platforms
- Comfortable with public speaking and business travel
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
Salary & Benefits
Between $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Travel to local facilities (mileage reimbursed)
- Occasional events or evening follow-ups as needed

Work Location
- On-site in Duncanville, TX, with regular travel to healthcare facilities in the region
