Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Transportation Insurance Producer based in Indianapolis, IN. The Transportation Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs. Daily tasks include assessing client insurance needs, preparing and presenting insurance proposals, negotiating terms with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The role also involves staying up‑to‑date with market trends and offering knowledgeable customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling insurance products, with a focus on transportation insurance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to assess clients' insurance needs and present tailored solutions
• Knowledge of federal and state transportation insurance regulations
• Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems
• Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
• P&C experience required
