Joining forces with this world‑class agency in LA, you’ll help them on their mission to create next‑generation retail experiences, immersive environments and brand activations for global brands, by designing and delivering holistic, emotionally engaging retail environments, pop‑ups, experiential activations and innovative touchpoint strategies.

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Producer to lead a large‑scale experiential/brand activation project for a global sports brand end‑to‑end, from concept brief and concept development to delivery, working across each stage (planning, budgeting, logistics, production, execution, post‑event wrap‑up) with skill.

We’re looking for someone who will take creative and operational ownership of this project, who can work in the LA studio in a hybrid fashion, and also be able to work onsite at the event in San Francisco from February 5th to the 8th.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can be the senior lead driving this project, owning the entire production process from production planning through to execution and client delivery.

You’ll manage budgets, financials and profitability (including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, resource allocation, and post‑event reconciliation), as well as create and maintain production documentation (production schedules, run‑of‑show, layouts/floor plans, contracts and briefs), coordinate internal teams and external partners, and oversee on‑site execution (manage crew, supervise load‑in/load‑out, ensure smooth delivery, and troubleshoot in real‑time).

We’re after someone who has experience being a client‑facing lead, who can manage client relationships, represent the agency in meetings, and translate brand vision into executable event & activation plans with ease. Confident in your communication and collaboration skills, you’ll work cross‑functionally with the creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure all aspects of the experience (retail design, storytelling, customer journey, and brand identity) are integrated and aligned with the project objectives.

To put it simply, we are looking for people who know design and production inside out, and how to ensure global, top‑tier brands stand out through experiential events and activations.
