About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing / Growth Manager to lead our ToC user growth in the U.S. market. The team is currently in the 0.5 → 1 early building stage, and you will play a critical role in establishing our growth foundation—strategy, channels, execution, and measurement.
This role is perfect for someone who understands U.S. consumer behavior, social media content dynamics, and can run fast, iterative experiments to scale user acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own U.S. To C user acquisition, activation, and engagement across multiple channels.
- Build and execute growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and other U.S.-based social platforms.
- Develop and test content strategies, creator partnerships, community marketing, and paid/organic experiments.
- Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities and optimize funnels.
- Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Operations teams to drive conversion and retention.
- Establish scalable growth processes, dashboards, and playbooks for a 0→1 environment.
Requirements
Must‑Have
- Proven U.S. To C marketing or growth experience, ideally with consumer apps, social products, or digital content platforms.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, Reddit, and short‑form video ecosystems—algorithms, content styles, creator dynamics, and growth levers.
- Hands‑on execution ability with strong data literacy and rapid experimentation mindset.
- Able to operate independently in an early‑stage, fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency (English + Mandarin) strongly preferred, as you’ll collaborate with cross‑border teams.
Preferred
- Experience in early‑stage startups (0→1 or 0.5→1).
- Experience scaling social content‑driven products or education/video‑related apps is a plus.
