Minimum qualifications

  • 5 years of experience marketing Cloud Security products.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, business or a technical field.
  • Experience in marketing security products used in cloud or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple product management and marketing teams.
  • Experience launching and marketing technology solutions globally.
  • Excellent writing, communication and structured thinking skills.

About The Job

Whether you're on a consumer product like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android or a business product such as Google Ads or Analytics, you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Security for Google Cloud, this role drives the product marketing for a range of cloud security products and data security capabilities that help organizations meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards. You will create product narratives, technology showcases, and direct experiences, and work to scale messages and technical content across various markets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000–$245,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation details reflect base salary only.

Responsibilities

  • Work and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management to define and deliver the differentiated Google Cloud security value proposition.
  • Drive awareness of Google Cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and network security products through compelling narratives and influencer engagement.
  • Develop solution narratives and product adoption strategies for cloud security.
  • Build fans and advocates and help them tell their story.
  • Enable sales to close business with engaging intelligence, tools, and training.
