Finally, they pair their insurance products with native software (SaaS) solutions that help improve client outcomes and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.

About Role

We’re looking for the first marketing leader. We believe the best marketers are polymaths with diverse work experiences. They use their expertise in multiple areas and historic perspective to draw connections across the business in order to unlock new levers of growth. In this role you will work cross‑functionally with our insurance, underwriting, product, and engineering teams to take ownership of the brand, product marketing, digital marketing, and external content. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Series A stage startup experiencing rapid growth across a diverse set of product offerings.

The dream candidate

  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership role at a software, insurance, or fintech (financial services) business.
  • 2+ years in a product marketing (PMM) specific role.
  • Direct experience with life cycle / ABM / partner marketing.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or relevant work experience).
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to operate in unstructured environments where you’ll own projects independently.
  • Willingness to create and own copywriting.
  • Strong sense of design.
  • Organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company's brand narrative and external positioning.
  • Lead a full website rebuild , including messaging, UX, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns , including digital, field, and product launch strategies.
  • Translate internal capabilities and product features into clear, compelling go‑to‑market messaging .
  • Create sales enablement materials and support business development efforts across stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and execute unique events or customer experiences that drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Be accountable for growth‑focused KPIs and build a measurable marketing engine.
  • Manage external vendors or agencies as needed (e.g., for the website relaunch).
