Digital Marketing & Communications Intern - LAZ Parking

We build visibility, increase brand awareness, and help target potential customers to drive traffic into our garage locations through smart, creative, data-driven campaigns.
We're looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented intern excited to gain experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment! This role is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with analytics, enjoys both independent and collaborative work, and is interested in the intersection of marketing, urban mobility, and brand development. Hours: Flexible based on candidate availability and business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms that drive in-person revenue and online parking sales at targeted garage locations
- Support on-site outreach efforts, conduct local market research, and assist with event and community partnerships across the Boston area
- Assist in planning, creating, and monitoring Google Ads and paid search campaigns
- Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other platforms
- Support SMS/text marketing campaigns and communication efforts
- Manage and assist with social media advertising campaigns across Meta platforms
- Create visually engaging marketing materials for digital, social, and internal use
- Assist in creating weekly presentations and visual reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Support content development for internal newsletters and external communications
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Monitor performance insights and assist in compiling reports to support marketing efforts
- Collaborate with regional teams to support promotional campaigns for garage locations and special events
What we're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate
- Self-starter with a collaborative, positive attitude
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, or business
- Experience or familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Ads, and Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (preferred)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media and digital advertising trends
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines
This internship provides real-world experience working on live campaigns that support major city locations and high-visibility initiatives. You'll gain exposure to digital marketing, advertising, communications, analytics, and brand development, all while being part of a collaborative, high-energy team!
