A growing e-commerce brand is seeking a Creative Director & Graphic Designer to lead its creative vision and oversee all visual touchpoints. This role combines hands‑on design work with creative leadership, ensuring brand consistency across social media, website design, and marketing assets.
Responsibilities Include
Leading creative strategy and visual direction across all brand channels
Overseeing and mentoring a team of graphic designers
Designing and reviewing creative assets for social media, web, and marketing
Ensuring brand consistency across all digital and visual touchpoints
Collaborating with marketing and leadership to align creative output with company vision
Ideal Qualifications
Strong background in graphic design and creative leadership
Experience managing or leading a creative team
Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools
Strong eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to balance hands‑on design with strategic oversight
Salary $95k - $1500k/Year
