Primary Responsibilities

Individual will play an active role in evolving the vision and strategy for the patient channel across the GI/GU portfolio.

Individual will assist with many aspects of consumer-related activities including message development/refinement, campaign evolution, strategic /tactical evolution of unbranded work, marketing plan development and business/channel analytics.

Individual will serve as patient lead across a wide array of matrix partners/teams that would include tumor‑specific leaders, medical, marketing research, sales, decision analytics, omni‑channel strategy and other functions.

Individual will work closely with the rest of the Oncology Patient Marketing Team, Advocacy and Corporate Communications to develop appropriate programs/projects that support the strategy.

Individual will be responsible for managing multiple agency teams and in managing a successful relationship/partnership.

Finally, it will be critical for this candidate to build a strong relationship and work collaboratively with medical, legal and promotional compliance team to develop and execute high‑impact marketing materials.

Qualifications

BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred.

7+ years of relevant marketing brand management experience including experience in consumer marketing and in launching new brands/indication in the pharmaceutical space.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in managing external resources, including Advertising & media agencies.

Experience in conducting primary and secondary market research with demonstrated ability to derive key market insights.

Experience in leading multi‑functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals.

Compensation Overview: Princeton – NJ – US: $164,990 – $199,933 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full‑time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job‑related knowledge, and experience.
