Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
Develop surveys, polls, and questionnaires to gather reliable insights
Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear recommendations
Create compelling reports and visualizations for management
Forecast industry and marketing trends to guide strategic decisions
Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive measurable results

Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $45.67/hr.

Qualifications
A
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Research, Statistics, Math, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with statistical or data visualization tools
Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a passion for continuous improvement
Willingness to work on‑site in Oahu as needed and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
