Salary range: $110,000 to $140,000 per year Why We Need You

To keep pace with this impressive growth, they’re looking for a resourceful individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive all Paid Media efforts serving their political client practice. Responsibilities

As AVP of Paid Media, Politics, you will act as a strategic advisor and also manage four colleagues under you. You will own all paid strategy for assigned clients, developing client-facing strategy documents while proactively identifying project vision and driving it to completion. You’ll oversee all paid media plans and support team members throughout the media-planning process. It will be your responsibility to ensure strategic imperatives are consistently met throughout engagements. You will also participate in new business pitches and present strategy to clients. Impact

You’re a doer, a builder, a creative, a great people manager, and you’re hungry to jump in and do it all – aka you’re not just hung up on being a manager. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of agency experience working in paid-media programming, strategy and management. Big plus if you have worked with political clients or on political campaigns in the past, as you will be working at the speed of politics! You can think on the fly and outside the box about paid-media strategy. You have zero fear of running multiple large client accounts, and you can proactively identify client issues in a timely manner. You’re great at delegating work, but you can also jump in and roll up your sleeves if need be – be it editing content for advertising placements, working with designers and video editors to execute visual products, or who knows what.
