Responsibilities

Collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers to develop design concepts and translate programming requirements into design solutions.

Prepare plans, renderings, sketches, and visual aids for design presentations.

Research, select, and specify materials to support design goals and project technical requirements.

Assist with furniture planning, design, and specification; develop artwork and environmental graphics concepts.

Perform technical aspects of the interior design process from project setup through construction administration.

Work on a wide variety of project types and scales; adapt to collaborative design team settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Interior Design/Interior Architecture program or related field.

1-3 years of interior design experience.

Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with SketchUp and Enscape is desired.

Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Adobe Creative Suite is desired.

Effective verbal and written communication skills; problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.

Collaborative and professional work ethic; ability to take initiative and work both in a team environment and as an individual.

Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Salary Information: $49,200.00–$63,900.00 (Milwaukee, WI)
