Join to apply for the role at
DrAnsay .
DrAnsay is a fast-growing
digital health marketplace
connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies across multiple product lines. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, digital, and user-friendly — driven by data, evidence, and real user needs.
We work iteratively, ship fast, and base decisions on insights rather than opinions. UX is not a side function for us, but a core pillar of our product strategy.
Mission As a
UX Researcher (m/f/d) , your mission is to deeply understand user needs, validate assumptions, and turn insights into measurable product improvements.
You connect qualitative and quantitative research with experimentation — making research a key driver of product decisions.
Responsibilities
Co-create with
UX, Product & Marketing : turn hypotheses into testable concepts (prototypes, copy, landing pages, creative variants)
Test before build : plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing as a default gate for risky or net-new work
Audit existing user journeys : identify, quantify, and prioritize friction points
Run experiments & A/B tests : define hypotheses, execute tests (copy, IA, flows), analyze results, and derive clear learnings
Own end-to-end research : planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and decision‑oriented storytelling
Multi-source insights : synthesize user input from interviews, in‑product feedback, surveys, and support tickets into clear recommendations
Collaborate with
Compliance
in a regulated environment (privacy, consent, accessibility)
Profile
3–5+ years of experience in
UX Research
(in‑house or agency) with proven impact in cross‑functional teams
Strong in
study design, synthesis, and influence
— you turn ambiguity into clear decisions
Hands‑on experience with
concept & usability testing , surveys, and light quantitative analysis (funnels, simple A/B statistics)
Experience in
health, fintech, marketplaces, or other regulated domains
is a plus
Confident using
Figma , UX research methodologies, and analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Mixpanel)
German at C-level ,

High level of ownership, curiosity, and a strong UX mindset
What We Offer
