The Web Developer will provide tangible business value to represented web sites by maintaining workflow, managing content while jointly developing web‑based applications for internal and external customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling the day‑to‑day production for intranet and extranet sites. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining business ownerships of assigned sections of the web sites, developing relationships to ensure quality, integrity, continuity and streamlined messaging for impacted customers. He/she will assist in the training, deployment and production of web‑based applications. Develop applications using industry web standards and processes. Engage in strategic planning to meet business requirements. Meet Service Level Agreement standards for production purposes, and comprehend web reports to assess analytical behaviors from a usability standpoint. Work at the highest technical level of all phases of web‑based and computer based training technologies. A willingness to travel as required. Must provide portfolio of work.
Job Responsibilities
Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and maintains web applications and web services.
Develops and delivers database driven websites and web applications for ASP, .NET and ColdFusion application servers.
Assists in requirements gathering, research and fact finding to develop, refresh or modify web systems.
Assists in preparing detailed specifications for programs.
Tests and debugs applications before release or delivery.
Identifies, explores, and demonstrates new technologies related to web development.
Conduct an ongoing analysis of the organization’s IT infrastructure to determine product compatibility.
Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 4‑7 years of professional experience in Internet Development, Information Technology, and SharePoint Development.

Base Pay Range Base Pay Range: $87,000 – $156,900. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
