Collaborative to your core; loves working closely with designers, motion artists, writers, product teams, and partners, embracing feedback and shaping ideas together.
A proactive builder who thrives in ambiguity, spots opportunities early, and brings structure to creative chaos.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects and maintaining a high bar for quality under changing timelines.
Brand‑forward and user‑aware; thinks globally, cares about the end‑to‑end user experience, and designs with consistency and cultural relevance.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion design skills (After Effects, animated prototypes, etc.) are a strong bonus.
