About the role Our client is hiring a seasoned
Product Marketing Lead (6+ years)
to own product marketing and go‑to‑market for their content engineering platform. You’ll translate technical product capabilities into crisp value stories for mid‑market and enterprise customers, lead customer research, and build the enablement and campaigns that drive adoption and category leadership.
This is a senior, high‑impact role where you’ll work directly with founders and product leadership during a major growth phase (fresh off Series B + fast rebrand). You’ll own GTM strategy and expected to grow the PMM function— the client expects two PMMs reporting to this hire by 2026.
What you’ll do
Lead the strategic vision for product marketing, partnering closely with leadership, product, and sales.
Define product narratives, positioning, and messaging tailored to mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
Run deep customer research and translate insights into value‑driven positioning, segmentation, and enablement.
Craft compelling content: case studies, product videos, battlecards, sales collateral, playbooks, and launch materials.
Drive alignment across product and sales to refine positioning and campaign strategies and measure GTM impact.
Mentor and build the PMM team over time (hiring and managing other PMMs).
What we’re looking for
7+ years in product marketing (B2B SaaS, preferably with AI or content/SEO/product‑led marketing experience).
Proven track record defining positioning & messaging for mid‑market and enterprise products and owning GTM launches.
Experience running customer research and turning qualitative/quantitative insights into messaging and product requirements.
Strong storyteller and content creator, able to produce marketing & sales assets that drive pipeline.
Cross‑functional collaborator who partners effectively with product, sales, and founders.
Comfortable with ambiguity, high velocity, and a startup growth mindset.
Nice to have
Experience at an AI or content/marketing platform.
Managed or grown a PMM team.
Demonstrated impact on revenue or adoption metrics through GTM programs.

Salary:
$175,000 – $200,000 + Bonus
