Rillet
What We Do
Rillet serves finance teams. Our customers are the financial brains of their companies, and our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.
Who We Are Rillet is an AI‑native ERP that can drive a zero‑day close. We differ because of our unified source‑of‑truth data model, hundreds of best‑in‑class native integrations (Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce, etc.), automated & auditable workflows, multi‑entity consolidation, and a rapidly expanding army of specialized AI agents (e.g., accrual, audit, P&L flux, board decks, etc.). These features earn us a consistently perfect customer satisfaction score. High‑growth AI customers like Windsurf, Postscript, and Finch value our ship velocity because their financial stacks must scale as quickly as they do.
We have raised $100M from leading investors—including Sequoia, a16z, Iconiq, Oak HC/FT, and First Round—to help everyone run their numbers at the speed of AI.
Who We Are Rillet’s pace is intense and requires extreme speed, agency, and flexibility. Successful Rilleteers do not wait for assignments; they internalize a mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for. Work revolves around our customers. We ask that you be energized by delivering the most important things—even those that weren’t in the original plan—and appreciate the value our customers can create when we equip them with the perfect financial tools.
Who You Are You're an experienced product designer who thrives in ambiguity and sees constraints as creative opportunities. You've contributed to products from early stages through scale, and you’re excited to help establish design foundations at a growing company. You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on craft, and you’re energized by the challenge of making complex financial software genuinely elegant. We operate a hybrid work model with 2‑3 days per week in our New York City or San Francisco Bay Area office. We’re looking for teammates who value building strong working relationships through regular face‑to‑face collaboration and are based in (or willing to relocate to) NYC or the Bay Area.
What You'll Do
Own the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire‑framing to UI design for key product areas
Partner with product and engineering to shape product direction and contribute to roadmap planning
Help establish and evolve Rillet's design system and design principles
Contribute to user research initiatives that uncover user needs and validate design decisions
Navigate user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to create intuitive solutions for finance & accounting workflows
Pull inspiration from various sources to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting
Collaborate with and mentor other designers as the team grows
Stay hands‑on and contribute directly to Rillet's UX/UI design
What We're Looking For
5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS environments with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership
Proven ability to tackle complex design problems and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to interaction patterns
Experience across all stages of design from discovery and research through implementation and iteration
Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and articulate design rationale
Challenger mindset that questions assumptions and pulls inspiration from diverse sources to create innovative solutions
Life At Rillet
Competitive pay & equity; you share in our success and have top‑tier health and dental insurance, with premiums partially or fully covered and 90% coverage for dependents
Room to grow; as Rillet scales, so will your role, responsibilities, and compensation
Flexibility that works; enjoy flexible PTO, 9 company‑wide holidays, and a blend of remote and hybrid work with in‑person collaboration at hubs in San Francisco, NYC, and Barcelona
Build real connections; join team offsites in incredible locations, bonding from New York and San Francisco to Toronto, Italy, France, and beyond
