As Professional Inside Sales/Marketing Associate, you are a key member of the team who proactively generates sales and nurtures relationships. You will be responsible for managing the Home Comfort Designer's schedule and sales tracking. Must be willing to work with other Sales professionals on the common goal of gaining new business. Must have the ability for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships. When Inside Sales Representatives gain a potential customer, they’ll research them to make customized offerings and demonstrate how the consumer would benefit from purchasing a certain product or service. Once they make a sale, they’ll maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with that customer to sell additional products to them in the future or to answer any questions they have while using their service. Must have an understanding of marketing and how it plays a key role in gaining new and retaining existing customers. Strong computer skills with Microsoft programs like Excel is a plus. We use Service Titan as our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). Experience in Service Titan or related CRM is a plus.

You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Scheduling appointments

Back-up CSR/Dispatcher

Assigning daily work/calls to other team members

Outbound calling customers to renew annual maintenance agreements or selling Indoor Air Quality products

Locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations

Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements

Minimum two years admin, sales, and marketing experience

HVAC industry experience a plus

Service Titan or similar CRM experience a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

Positive Attitude

Team player who can work independently

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and spreadsheet applications

Excellent communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met

Professional appearance and personality

Typing skills a plus

Attend weekly sales meeting and coaching sessions
