Humana . This position focuses on analytics within Humana’s CenterWell pharmacy business to inform marketing strategies and operational decisions.
Base Pay Range $106,900 – $147,000 per year
Responsibilities
Analyze pharmacy‑related data to support marketing and operational initiatives.
Evaluate campaign performance and member engagement within pharmacy programs.
Leverage reports and dashboards to track KPIs, insights, and trends.
Support data validation and ensure accuracy across datasets.
Collaborate with pharmacy, marketing, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
Document methodologies and maintain data sources for repeatable analysis.
Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, causal inference).
Develop predictive models to optimize targeting and retention.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Apply strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and prioritize priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, marketing, business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience applying data science or advanced analytics in marketing or healthcare.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL, R, Python.
Experience with predictive modeling techniques (regressions, decision trees, etc.).
Preferred
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with causal inference techniques (propensity score matching, synthetic controls, DID, etc.).
Familiarity with segmentation and targeting strategies.
Familiarity with Databricks.
Work at Home Information
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended.
Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections only if approved.
Home‑office associates in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive bi‑weekly payment for internet expense.

Work from a dedicated space with no ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
