to shape, elevate, and scale the brand’s global social presence across key markets including the Americas, UAE, Europe, and Asia.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and the Head of Content and Social to drive the strategy, creative direction, and day‑to‑day execution of our organic social media efforts for both the watch and high‑jewelry divisions. You will lead content operations, oversee platform growth, guide creative storytelling, and manage cross‑functional workflows to ensure Jacob & Co.’s social ecosystem remains best‑in‑class, innovative, and aligned with our luxury positioning.

Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end content management for all social platforms, including planning, production oversight, asset coordination, and optimization.
Develop and execute social‑first creative concepts for seasonal and global campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Content and Social, Creative, Editorial, Product, PR, and Marketing teams to bring stories and product launches to life across digital channels.
Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity, tone, and storytelling approach for each platform and audience.
Repurpose, adapt, and innovate with existing assets to maximize visibility, retention, and engagement.
Oversee community management and organic audience growth—including comment strategy, key interactions, and daily audience engagement.
Uphold strict quality control across all visual and written content, ensuring consistency across regions.
Conduct daily content and trend analysis, translating platform insights into actionable recommendations.
Experiment with emerging formats, features, and cultural moments to maintain relevance and competitive edge.
Influencer & Partner Management
Oversee day‑to‑day communication and execution across all influencer, partner, and creator relationships.
Identify, evaluate, and pitch new talent for collaborations, regional initiatives, and strategic brand moments.
Track influencer performance, deliverables, schedules, and reporting.
Coordinate product lending for influencer shoots and maintain efficient asset‑tracking processes.
Manage and organize content libraries to support influencers, regional teams, and internal stakeholders.
Lead the rollout of all organic social campaigns, from planning and storytelling to execution, tracking, and optimization.
Build monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Develop platform‑specific A/B testing strategies to improve content effectiveness.
Maintain and optimize editorial content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Support long‑term growth initiatives, including audience expansion, ambassador programs, and platform innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within luxury, fashion, watches, or high jewelry.
Strong understanding of luxury positioning, brand elevation, and aspirational storytelling.
Proven success growing social media channels and driving high‑performing content.
Experience with influencer management and creator partnerships.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally within global, fast‑paced environments.
Familiar with creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and video editing platforms.
Strong editorial, copywriting, and narrative‑development skills.
Strong at translating ideas into clear creative direction.
Highly data‑driven, with the ability to translate metrics into strategy and execution.
