Are you a creative problem-solver who loves turning client ideas into reality—and owning the project from start to finish? We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives in a client-facing role, combining design expertise, sales drive, and project coordination skills. This isn’t a typical showroom-only role. You’ll work hands‑on with homeowners and builders, guiding product selections, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth installations. You’ll be in charge from initial consultation to final walkthrough.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with clients & builders—guide product selections & design layouts
Prospect for new projects and visit job sites
Prepare bids, proposals, and manage orders
Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries & subcontractors
Be the main point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
What You Bring:
3-7 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design or project coordination
Strong sales instincts and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with 2020 Design (or similar software)
Ability to read blueprints, measure on-site, and manage project flow
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
