What We Need The Sr Marketing Specialist is a high-performing contributor that serves as a marketing subject‑matter expert, supporting planning and execution of various marketing activities.
What You’ll Do
Develop marketing materials for various platforms.
Participate in the development and communication of product strategy and the introduction of new products.
Support customer accounts with product launches and training activities.
Conduct financial analysis, including forecasts, inventory planning, pricing, and gross margin analysis; manage project budgets.
Analyze market data and identify KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
Drive projects with Marketing Services to develop boards and ensure on‑time in‑store execution.
Assist with marketing campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand market share.
Facilitate day‑to‑day marketing support for various teams.
Help manage and strategize development of product sales tools and campaigns to support launches.
Organize and manage online assets for accounts to optimize sales.
Influence company policy and procedure to resolve issues.
Coach and review work of lower‑level professionals.
Make data‑driven business decisions based on industry practices.
Apply innovative ideas to enhance results.
Lead after‑action reviews to capture lessons learned.
Collaborate cross‑functionally on technical and process improvements.
Perform other duties as needed.
What You Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
4–6 years of relevant experience.
What You’re Good At
In‑depth knowledge of your discipline.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Multitasking, prioritizing, and time‑management.
Integrity and discretion with confidential data.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability, teamwork, and ability to handle multiple projects.
Professionalism, judgment, and resourcefulness.
