The Graphic Designer leads the execution of high‑impact creative projects, providing strategic design solutions and mentorship to junior designers. Take ownership of larger, more complex design projects and campaigns. Work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative visual concepts. Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining brand integrity. Research and implement new design trends to enhance creative output. Utilizes exceptional storytelling skills, capable of crafting narratives that engage and motivate across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver high‑impact creative projects and campaigns.
Develop innovative visual concepts in collaboration with stakeholders.
Maintain brand integrity and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
Research and implement new design trends.
Craft storytelling narratives across digital platforms.
Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Instructional Technology, or a similar field (MFA desired but not required).
Minimum Work Experience
2‑3 years of professional graphic and digital experience (required). 3‑5 years preferred.
Required Skills/Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of design software and digital media best practices.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative vision and ability to generate fresh ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with marketing and hospital teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of print production and digital formatting.
Basic HTML and web design knowledge.
Required Licenses and Certifications
Adobe Certified Expert (Preferred)
Google UX Design (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities Brand Management
Develop collateral and signage designs in accordance with Brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and consultants to define style guides.
Apply brand guidelines consistently and contribute to brand evolution.
Manage production vendors, timelines, and budgets.
Digital & Print Design
Design advertising, flyers, brochures, postcards, banners, and posters.
Partner with writers to ensure integrated messaging.
Create email templates, newsletters, and HTML graphics for B2B and consumer messaging.
Production Management
Balance multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, communications, and content teams to align design with campaign goals.
Strategic Execution
Translate strategic direction into compelling visual communications.
Uphold brand integrity across platforms.
Independently execute design projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
