Purpose : As a Product Marketing Manager atLingraphica, you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product releases and core launches. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure successful adoption, create compelling messaging, and drive awareness. A key part of your role will be translating medical and technical terminology into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with both clinicians, careprovidersand end users. Additionally, you will support internal/external training and enablement, ensuring teams can effectively communicate product benefits and address customer needs. Lead and develop go-to-market strategies for new product releases and core product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and seamlessexecution Translate technical medical terminology into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences, includingSLPs, other clinicians and healthcare professionals,care partners, andindividuals with communicationchallenges Develop and deliver internal/external training programs, sales enablement materials, and product guides to equip teams with a deep understanding of product benefits anddifferentiation Partnerclosely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop launch plans that drive awareness, engagement, andadoption Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning, messaging, and differentiationstrategies Develop compelling product messaging, content, and marketing assets to support campaigns and productadoption Establish thought leadership by drivingstrategicmarketingcampaigns, promotional activities, and customerstorytelling Collect and analyzedevice usage data as well as trackthe success of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations tooptimizefuturelaunches Ensure internal teams are aligned on product value, key differentiators, and customer pain points, reinforcing a strong internal knowledgebase Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer journey mapping, persona modeling, and value-based messaging Demonstratesproficiencyin marketing or product marketing management including participating in market analysis, making sound recommendations to grow revenue, building strategy plans,campaignsand new product developmentlaunches Experience indeveloping internal training programs and supporting salesenablement Must have excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written skills areessential Confident communicator who is comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating with various campaign stake holders Should have a flexible mindset and be comfortable working in ahigh-paceenvironment Ability to adhere to deadlines, SOPs, and brandstandards Familiarity withcampaign management systems (Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.) Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degreerequired; BS/BA in Marketing or Business Preferred (MBA a plus) 5-8 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketresearchor related field Healthcare, therapy,ormedical experience a plus Additional Information

Work Environment & Physical Demands Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. Travel May work remotely from home. Travel tothePrinceton, NJ or within the continental United States is required2x/yearfor team off-sites and annual companymeeting.Occasional travel throughout the year within the continental United Statesfor tradeshows and other marketing activitiesis alsorequired. Lingraphica and Pay Transparency At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $109,000 and $129,700per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
