Our client, a leading organization in the Telecom sector, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting the corporate training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless operation and user experience. Build, update, and maintain engaging digital learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to develop accurate and culturally appropriate training materials. Analyze LMS usage and completion data to optimize learning programs and improve engagement. Support ongoing learning projects and initiatives to enhance organizational knowledge and skills. Qualifications
Experience in instructional design and project management. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management, or Learning Technologies are preferred. Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.). Experience administering learning management systems such as OnPoint, Cornerstone, Sumtotal, or Docebo. Benefits
