Role Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, based in Jeannette, PA. The Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing diaries, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth workflow for executives. Other responsibilities may include preparing reports, organizing meetings, and performing clerical duties to support business operations.
The position is very flexible, and so this is an example of what you might do. We will discuss your actual duties to determine what works best for the both of us!
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in Diary Management and coordination of schedules
Solid Clerical Skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
Familiarity with office software tools and ability to adapt to new technologies
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive approach to solving problems and managing time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or similar fields are a plus
