Vehicle Remarketing Analyst / Auction Sale Agreement
Reporting to the remarketing manager, the remarketing analyst is key‑pointed at primary auction facilities. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal Auction Sale Agreements, exercising independent judgment, and exercising discretionary authority in day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor that inspection guidelines provided by third‑party inspection vendors are followed.
Review monthly invoices from third‑party inspection vendors for accuracy and recommend payments outside the established agreement.
Generate and analyse performance metrics for third‑party inspection companies.
Manage vendor relationships to maximise accurate and timely inspections.
Qualifications Preferred: 3–5 years experience in financial services, remarketing or auction; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Conflict management skills.
Computer skills sufficient to manage multiple processes.
Customer service experience.
Time management.
Relationship building.
Effective negotiation skills.
Investigation and problem‑solving skills.
Attention to detail.
