Lead enterprise‑level sales conversations with high‑traffic publishers across international markets, acting as a trusted commercial partner from first contact to deal closure Identify, qualify, and engage the right publisher profiles, transforming early discussions into strong, revenue‑generating opportunities Deeply understand publisher challenges related to monetization, traffic quality, and advertiser trust, and translate them into compelling, data‑backed business cases Clearly articulate complex ad‑tech concepts in a practical, value‑focused way that resonates with non‑technical stakeholders Build, manage, and maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring full visibility into deal progress and next steps Coordinate smooth handovers after closing while remaining involved post‑sale to support successful onboarding and future expansion opportunities Actively contribute insights from the field, highlighting patterns, objections, or blockers to help improve sales strategy and execution Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise or high‑ticket sales, ideally within ad‑tech, digital advertising, or publisher‑focused environments Strong commercial mindset with a natural ability to work with numbers, metrics, and revenue‑driven insights Ability to independently source, manage, and close complex sales cycles with senior decision‑makers Demonstrated skill in translating multifaceted product offerings into clear, compelling business value Highly structured approach to sales execution, including qualification, documentation, forecasting, and follow‑through Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient profile, comfortable operating with full ownership and autonomy Fluency in English at a professional and negotiation level Benefits
