Professional, the Northwest’s leading Collection and Recovery Agency and Early-Out Vendor, is seeking a highly motivated full-time Marketing Coordinator.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to support our growing Marketing team. This entry level role is ideal for a recent college graduate looking for hands‑on marketing experience. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign execution, content coordination, social media management, and general marketing operations while reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design
Create, edit content and copy for a variety of marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, flyers, proposals, graphics, email copy, and website content
Assist with basic graphic design using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Social Media Management and Email Marketing
Manage and schedule social media posts across designated platforms.
Assist with content planning, write captions, design graphics and track performance.
Monitor comments and messages and escalate as needed.
Build, schedule, and send marketing emails and campaigns through HubSpot.
Assist with email copywriting, formatting, and segmentation.
Monitor performance metrics such as open rates and click‑through rates.
Website Updates and Program Support
Assist with the creation of new websites and make routine updates.
Assist with planning and promotion of live and on‑demand webinars.
Event Planning & Execution
Support planning and execution of in‑person and virtual events, conferences, tradeshows, and sponsorships
Assist with logistics, promotional materials, and pre & post‑event follow‑up
CRM & Marketing Operations (HubSpot)
Help maintain an organized CRM
Assist with data cleanup, segmentation, and basic reporting
Ensure marketing contacts and records are accurate and up to date
Other
Coordinate end of the year projects, including Client Holiday gift ordering and distributing/shipping.
Coordinate and book public speaking opportunities for individuals within our organization.
Assist in Sales and Marketing meetings.
Other tasks and special projects as assigned
Preferred skills:
This is a full‑time entry level position intended for recent college graduates.
Completion of
at least one marketing internship or related internship
is required; full‑time professional experience is
not
expected
Internship experience within healthcare or a regulated industry is a plus, but not required
Minimum of an Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
Strong visual and creative skills, including a good eye for design and layout; experience creating marketing materials and graphics is highly valued
Knowledgeable and comfortable managing and engaging with social media platforms
Familiarity with basic graphic design & marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, HubSpot, Canva)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly relay information, ask questions, and provide updates to internal teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team‑oriented environment
