This position is full‑time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.
The SVP, Integrated Brand Communications (Luxury/Lifestyle) will represent a mix of creative thinking and strategic reasoning alongside strong written and verbal skills to articulate not only their ideas but also the value behind them. As a senior member of the team, your responsibility will be across both vertical work and conceptual ideation, leading the charge on projects and providing your expertise to all components of the process—assessing project feasibility, assigning work, resourcing, project planning, and interfacing directly with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop & ideate on both campaigns and on‑going projects, thinking through channel specific needs and holistic opportunities for clients
Quickly dive into current initiatives, supporting in the creation of editorial frameworks, calendars and presentations
Capacity to audit, research and analyze outside materials in shaping new ideas
Work directly with team members across design, influencer, creative and communications, participating or overseeing projects as needed
Brainstorm and bring a point of view, contributing ideas and creative executions to solve problems in unexpected ways, translating them in ways that make them feel simple
Be on top of the changing social, digital and cultural landscape—looking for untapped opportunities and thinking to bring to our work
Be a thought‑partner for senior‑level clients by understanding their business while helping to maintain and deepen our client relationship
Develop creative, award‑winning campaign ideas rooted in culture but based off insights
Ensure that public relations, talent, content and influencer strategies are aligned with the clients’ overarching objectives
Be proactive, anticipate client needs and keep multiple activities moving
Provide mentorship and leadership to agency teams.
Maintain current knowledge of trends, the competitive landscape, and confidently provide strategic point‑of‑views to the client
Participate in new business pitch development and/or presentations
Serve on the leadership team, drive office culture and be a mentor to staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
12‑15 years agency experience, managing or contributing to creative ideation and campaign/asset execution.
Ability to connect big‑picture strategy with tactical execution; conceptual, editorially minded, and skilled at creative storytelling across major and emerging platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication, with proven leadership, problem‑solving, and people skills to inspire teams and clients alike.
Highly self‑motivated, reliable, and organized; able to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
Passion for teamwork, with experience building brand partnerships, integrated communications strategies, and large‑scale event activations.
Resourceful, adaptable, and driven to deliver results in dynamic, evolving environments.
Prior PR agency experience, integrated comms expertise, and background in brand activations or partnerships a plus.
The ideal candidate will excel at seamlessly supporting and delivering results across diverse clients and categories — including travel, financial services, lifestyle, consumer tech, fashion, and beverage.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $190,000‑$220,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
