Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator at Dominique Cosmetics. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing social media content, including images, videos, and captions, to promote the brand and engage with followers. This role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive digital campaigns and strategies. While the role is primarily located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, there is flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities Develop and publish engaging social media content (images, videos, captions) that showcases the brand and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and evaluate digital campaigns.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Maintain brand voice, style guide, and visual consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
Experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
Proven track record of creating engaging visual and written content for social media platforms.
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and social media algorithms.
Photography and videography skills for social media content creation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus.
