About TopFoxx

TopFoxx is a women‑owned eyewear brand creating fashion‑forward designs. Our slogan is “sunglasses with a solution”; we make luxury designs with functionality, such as sunglasses that float, tangle‑free aviators, foldable pocket‑size sunnies, mood‑boosting glasses, and more! We are a small, passionate team looking to build something remarkable from the ground up.

About the Role We are looking for a Head of Creative and Social Growth who can think like a strategist, execute like a creator, lead like a director, and move like a founder. Your work will directly influence revenue and brand growth every single day. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and long‑term opportunity. You must be a person who is never satisfied and constantly growing personally and professionally.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, make sound decisions on behalf of the CEO, and be the creative right hand that sets a standard of accountability across the company. You are comfortable leading a team with clear expectations and holding everyone accountable to real performance, not surface‑level activity. You drive decisions through data and ensure that the KPIs you set are accurate, meaningful, and constantly re‑evaluated.

Role Overview You will oversee and help execute all creative output for the brand—social media, influencer marketing, graphics, video, website creative, and the full brand aesthetic. You will lead a small team and develop them into high performers, while personally creating a large portion of the work, mainly filming, directing, and editing founder‑led content. You will produce high‑volume videos, graphics, and social assets that meet strict brand standards and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Organic Growth and Social Strategy

Build and execute daily organic growth strategies, including viral hooks and scroll‑stopping concepts that increase engagement and reach continuously.

Direct, film, and edit fast‑turnaround short‑form videos, including consistent founder‑led content with the CEO.

Produce high‑volume TikToks and Reels, building both the company brand and the founder’s personal brand, to help each other grow side‑by‑side.

Analyze performance, trends, competitors, and user behavior to optimize for reach, retention, engagement, and sales.

Create high‑performing content using simple setups and minimal resources, creatively leveraging influencers when needed.

Dive across departments to identify opportunities that will drive the most sales.

2. Creative Execution and Production

Ensure cohesive and elevated brand aesthetics and storytelling across all creative.

Edit and repurpose videos for TikTok, Instagram, ads, and YouTube to maximize output.

Create website and email graphics that support promotions, campaigns, wholesale linesheets, and strong click‑through performance.

Lead website creative and UX or UI visuals that improve conversions.

Product photography and/or oversee shoots, directing photographers and videographers.

Keep all creative assets organized across shared drives and Asana.

Support other departments when needed. Small team means many hats.

Provide or guide strong copy as needed.

3. Creative Leadership and Team Accountability

Set clear leading and lagging KPIs and KPMs that drive real performance, constantly re‑evaluating what truly converts.

Oversee influencer marketing, collabs, and strategies to convert creators into affiliates through giftings only.

Hold team members accountable for deadlines, quality, productivity, and performance.

Challenge poor performance and raise standards across the team.

Review all creative before it goes live and give direct feedback daily.

Support leadership with clear, fact‑based assessments and solutions.

Solve problems quickly without waiting for instructions.

Participate in hiring decisions and help maintain a strong culture of ownership.

4. Brand Direction and Product Design Creative

Contribute & execute creative ideas for product development—trends, colors, shapes, packaging, and design.

Support execution and operations around new product launches.

Create mood boards and support visual direction for launches.

Participate in early‑stage brainstorming and seasonal creative strategy.

5. Startup Speed and Resourcefulness

Create high‑quality content with simple tools and execute quickly using minimal resources.

Solve creative challenges like a growth hacker by finding ways to make something from nothing.

Work with urgency and ownership.

Produce consistent high‑volume output each week.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in fast‑paced startup/DTC e‑commerce environments where priorities shift quickly and execution is constant, with a positive upbeat attitude.

Mastery of TikTok and Instagram growth. You understand hooks, pacing, retention, and what truly converts.

Strong graphic and video design ability through Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalent tools.

Ability to film, edit, and produce short‑form content at a high level.

A sharp aesthetic eye for fashion, lifestyle, or beauty.

Leadership ability. You can guide creatives, make decisions, and hold people accountable.

Comfort with direct, frequent feedback. This role is improvement focused and communication must be clear.

Strong judgment and strategic thinking. You understand how creative ties to revenue.

High personal responsibility. You bring solutions, ideas, and ownership, not excuses.

Ability to move at startup speed—quick pivots, fast execution, and daily iteration.

Willingness to work forty‑five to fifty‑five hours per week with work‑life integration. Some weekend hours when needed.

Brooklyn‑based and able to be in the office regularly with the founder.

What You Get

$60,000 to $75,000+ salary & performance‑based bonuses.

Performance‑based bonuses tied to revenue or profit generated.

A hybrid schedule after the initial training period.

Direct access to the founder and leadership team.

PTO + Paid Holidays off.

Free sunglasses and brand products.

A fast track to advanced roles. You will gain real experience across creative, product, marketing, and growth.

The opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up and influence every major creative direction.

A culture built on ambition, growth, ownership, and high standards.
