About our Agency
Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her team’s ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected. Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high‑quality service and meaningful support. We are also deeply involved in our community—proud sponsors of the Detroit Youth Choir’s annual shows and active contributors to local initiatives. Kandiss serves on the Board of Trustees for Gift of Life Michigan and is a Founding Board Member of the Michigan Black Business Alliance. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
