Job Responsibilities

Respond to calls for service to gather all pertinent information related to the creation of a report. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, solution‑oriented approach. Effectively communicate with members of security and management. Provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and administrative hearings. Perform chip fills and jackpot verifications. Maintain accurate and detailed logs and records of security incidents. Regularly escort money and personnel in money‑handling positions. Provide first‑aid, including CPR when necessary. Patrol all sections of property to identify safety hazards and areas of vulnerability. Interview, investigate, and document all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy. Assist with lost‑and‑found inquiries. Receive incoming security calls (via two‑way radio, telephone, and in person) from employees and guests. Call previous guests to gather information for telephonic reports (if required). Enforce all company policies and procedures. Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Be in an assigned area by designated time, with company‑issued equipment, and ready to work. Interact with guests and employees in a positive manner as part of security personnel. Understand and perform duties of assignment. Respond quickly and courteously to patrons’ needs, questions, comments, or concerns with answers and/or action. Submit assigned reports as directed. Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and positive client interactions. Organizational and time‑management skills. Analytical abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Interpersonal skills. Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures. Knowledge of incident management systems. Must regularly lift and/move up to 10–20 pounds and perform physical tasks such as push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and balance in various work areas, including confined spaces. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting. Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
