Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Onsite; potential for limited hybrid flexibility on Fridays)

Job Overview Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Internal Communications Specialist. This role will support company-wide communication initiatives, employee engagement, and internal branding efforts while assisting with ongoing content and HR communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal communications to promote company updates and initiatives.
Coordinate and schedule communication campaigns across internal platforms to strengthen employee engagement.
Draft and edit content for internal training materials and employee communications.
Maintain and update internal communication tools or systems to ensure consistent messaging.
Support HR and leadership teams in creating and delivering clear, engaging internal messages.
Assist with special projects related to internal communications, social media, or brand development.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience using a communication or marketing automation platform (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Workvivo or a similar internal engagement platform is preferred.
