Influencer Marketing Specialist
Our global beauty client is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the Consumer Engagement team for the next 12 months, potential to extend. This is a 40hr/week, hybrid assignment that requires going onsite to a NYC office 3 days a week. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or consumer engagement (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred). Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms (Traackr experience a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Budget management and vendor and event coordination experience. Preferred: Familiarity with beauty industry trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Responsibilities: Influencer Marketing, Social & PR Support: Assist in the coordination of influencer mailers, seeding shipments, gifting lists, and product inventory management across full team. Track project timelines and ensure leaders are aware of key deadlines for launches, events, product orders, and marketing initiatives. Assist with Traackr Platform for accurate reporting purposes. Project & Operational Support: Assist with administrative components of influencer marketing, PR, social media, community management, and eventing. Help prepare presentation documents and reporting. Practice excellent judgment, prioritization, and time management in a fast-paced environment. Vendor & Budget Support: Own budget, process POs, vendor onboarding, invoices, and budget + PO tracking support. Maintain team databases & shared driver for optimal organization. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
