Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist

Full‑Time
The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as website, content, SEO, paid media, email, and social
Own campaign experimentation, including A/B testing, basic CRO, and rapid iteration
Manage and improve web and content performance, including SEO and AI‑optimized content strategies
Create and publish clear, on‑brand content that supports growth and conversion goals
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, CAC, etc.) and report results clearly
Turn performance data into actionable insights and testable hypotheses
Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and growth stakeholders to move quickly and stay aligned
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reach, efficiency, and conversion
Needed Expertise (What you need to succeed in the role)
Hands‑on experience running digital marketing campaigns in a startup or high‑growth environment
Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and modern search/AI discovery
Experience owning analytics, metrics, and performance reporting end to end
Ability to create or manage branded digital content with a strong storytelling angle
Data‑driven mindset with comfort making decisions from imperfect or incomplete data
Self‑starter who thrives with ownership, speed, and ambiguity
Clear communicator who collaborates well across functions
Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise (What would be great for you to have)
Experience using Figma for lightweight content or collaboration
Familiarity with Notion for documentation, planning, or reporting
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Hands‑on use of AI tools for content, optimization, or campaign ideation
